Intermediate I Orchestra: This orchestra performs introductory beginning level string orchestra music. These experienced intermediate string players develop technical skills
including position work and various bowing applications through the study of a variety of styles and repertoire.
Who: String players who demonstrate intermediate ability on their
instrument. Cellists and violists should be learning multiple clefs.
Rehearsals: Saturday, 8:45 to 10:00 a.m., Bone Hall, Mary Duke Biddle Music Building Tuition: $115
Audition Requirements: *Solo Piece, sight reading—both rhythmic and standard, two octave major scales up to two sharps and two flats.
