Violin Choir 1, 1st concert cycle

Welcome to Violin Choir 1!

Our classes are on Saturdays, September 9 through December 2 (no class on November 25) in room 101 from 2:15-3:15pm 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to get unpacked and ready to tune. The repertoire will be: Bohemian Song and Martin's March.  We will have folders with music printed out for you on the first class on September 9th  and there is no expectation to practice for this first rehearsal. We will have a good time working on sight reading and marking sections in our parts. 

Please bring: Your instrument, and a pencil (or 2). We may have enough stands in the class, but they tend to wander from the rooms, so please bring an extra stand if you have one. 

Important: If you have Covid symptoms and/or tests positive, please do not come to rehearsal that Saturday. Simply email me and I will make sure to give you assignments so that you can know what to work on during the week. If a student tests negative but is still ill (fever or vomiting in the last 48 hours, active cough, sore throat, doesn't feel well enough to play and participate, etc), please do not come to class and stay home to rest and recover. If someone in your household test positive but you don't have symptoms, you can attend the class but please have masks on.
