Welcome to Violin Choir 3! Music for 1st Concert

I am excited to see you for our first rehearsal on Saturday, September 6 in room 101 from 11:45-12:45pm! 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to get unpacked and ready to tune. The repertoire for our concert on November 22 will include "Preludium" by Grazyna Bacewicz and a Scotch tune with 4-part harmony called "The Rose of Allandale." These parts are attached to this blog post in case you ever need another copy. I will have folders with music printed out for you on Saturday and we will practice our sight reading, so no need to practice beforehand. 

Please bring: Your violin, a pencil (or 2!), and your music folder to each class.

Parents: Are welcome and encouraged to quietly observe the group class.

Illness: Please do not come to class if you are sick. Let me know if you need to miss class due to an illness or important conflict, and I will let you know what you can practice to prepare for next class.
